Personal:

My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I have recently lost a lot of weight and running is very new to me (I started running about 2 years ago).  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.

My new weight goal is to have lost 100 pounds.  I am quite sure I can get to about 93, but I am not sure about the 100.  The weight tracker is tracking my total weight loss.

Goals for the week-

#1    Eat good stuff!!!  (good FOR me, that is :)

#2   25 miles this week.  That's all!  Must stick to the plan! (last week I went over plan by 3.5- this overzealousness is what injurs me)

#3   Yoga class 2 x's.  Mini yoga sessions everyday.

#4   Run by 6 am every day.  5:30 am on Saturday. (even if Kim R cries)

#5   Run faster than I want to on shorter runs.

#6   Take water- I panic if I even get a little thirsty.

I took a nice 3.5 mile walk with hubby this evening.  It was really nice out and we found a little path up Payson Canyon to explore.  We will be sure to bring the kids up there.  It would be great to see where it ends up.

Great goals! I like that you put it out there for the world to see! I think I might have to steal your idea. Good luck on reaching your goals!! I have to brag and say I had a great "food weekend", if I can keep it up this week I should have a decent weigh in on Sat. Your #5 goal is tough, but I did tht this morning, it helps having faster people to run with!!!
