My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I have recently lost a lot of weight and running is very new to me (I started running about 2 years ago).  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.

My new weight goal is to have lost 100 pounds.  I am quite sure I can get to about 93, but I am not sure about the 100.  The weight tracker is tracking my total weight loss.

Last week felt really great.  Slowing down my pace is making a big difference for me.  This week is another mile building week then a rest week the following week.  I am going to continue to run my planned mileage and then bike up to 8 miles as I did last week.  I am guessing that I will be doing the biking thing until I get up to 8 real miles everyday?  Yoga every day too :)

This week I am really going to focus/refocus on my eating.  I am going to try really hard to just eat 3 meals and 3 snacks.  I have been so hungry the past several weeks that I have been eating all the time.  I'll get the hang of this!

You'll do great, especially since you put you commitment in writing. That seems to help follow thru.

Last week was FABULOUS for you Marion - you really are doing awesome!

I want in on the nutritional focusing... I weighed myself this morning and got very depressed. So, we'll get the hang of this together Marion!
