Personal:

My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I have recently lost a lot of weight and running is very new to me (I started running about 2 years ago).  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.

My new weight goal is to have lost 100 pounds.  I am quite sure I can get to about 93, but I am not sure about the 100.  The weight tracker is tracking my total weight loss.

Great run.  I sounded like a steam engine, but hey, we (me and Kim R) were smokin' (in our world ;)  I am really glad we did it.  It is amazing how slow 11 or even 10 m/m feel when you've been running faster.  It was great today.

I am hoping to do a fast run each week.  We both want to be faster.  We are so well matched that it gets hard to push past the norm.  It has been so great to have a running buddy though, when one is down the other is up and keeps the other going.  And NO MATTER WHAT KIM R SAYS< she likes running at 6am with me ;)

In my world that is a great run too!!! You are smokin'!!!! Is Kim R on the blog? This is too much fun checking out all my new friends on the blog and comparing notes and inspiration. It really helps you keep going! Have a great day speedy! Oh, a note on the food issue, I went to bed hungry, thinking it was a good thing, tossed and turned and woke up only .2 down, what are your thoughts on going to bed hungry, some people think it is a good thing...

Thanks for the kudos! Kim is on the blog :) She is listed in my fav's "Kim Robison". She is probably sleeping now after I dragged her out of bed this morning.

As for going to bed hungry- I (marion speaking- not ww) absolutely, unequivocally, believe we should NEVER be hungry. It makes me panic and then I binge. If I am genuinely hungry at bedtime- no points left, I will still have a 1/2 a sandwich or a few crackers. I have noticed, that if I eat when I am genuinely hungry, I never gain weight because of it. Now, please note that I am almost NEVER hungry. I have meals and snacks regularly (about every 2 hours or so). Maybe I would be thinner if I quit doing that, but I probably just need to change my food choices when I do eat. (a few less points couldn't hurt either :)

Everyone is SO different and what works for one is not the greatest for another. How's that for a Switzerland answer? ;)

Okay, thanks for your thoughts, it makes me crazy to go hungry, but sometimes I feel like I need to sacrifice, but I know you are right, it is all about making the right choices when hunger strikes. Good, I will sleep better tonight!!! THank you!!!
