My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I have recently lost a lot of weight and running is very new to me (I started running about 2 years ago).  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.

My new weight goal is to have lost 100 pounds.  I am quite sure I can get to about 93, but I am not sure about the 100.  The weight tracker is tracking my total weight loss.

Corny, I know- but I could never be achieving these goals I have set for myself with out all of your advice, support and kindness!  Thank you so much!

Today's run was very slow and pleasant.  I stopped 3 times to stretch out the calves and once for a porta-potty break.  I forgot to stop the garmin.  Every time I checked my pace it was just under 13 m/m  so I am guessing that is about my average-ish.

I hope you all are feeling well and have a GREAT day!

Running- 4.84, 1:05:23, ave 13:31 (with a potty stop and stretching :), best 9:05, Laps-13:29, 15:02(potty stop), 12:58, 12:53, 11:26(.51)

Ah, and you are the true inspiration, cheering squad, FBR Queen to all of us! WE LOVE YOU!

Great work out. I hate that when you forget to stop your garmin in the potty---messes it all up! But, more like a true race, I guess!

Have a splendid day!

Oh, I did Yoga today before I ran, and it was nice! I could actually bend!

Hey Marion,

I just got home from work. I went into the storage room and said "wow, somebodies been thinking and making things better around here!" Wendy said, "It was Marion." So thanks Marion! Much better in there! You are a go get em girl!

Hey Kim- thanks for noticin' (eeyore :) I just had a few minutes and like making neat piles. At my house there are 7 other people who like to mess up my neat piles. At least at work, most people will stick things in a pile if they can tell the piles apart from eachother ;) Thanks for your encouragement. I will ever be grateful that you shared this blog with me :)

Thanks Les & Kel (might as well abreviate everyone- Kim can be Ki?) I need a nap.
