Short-Term Running Goals: Recover from being hit by a car while I was running in early October 2010. Be healed enough to run my planned races. I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born. I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband. My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

| | 7.something bike ride while Michelle ran. It was so fun to hang out with her. She was going to run at 4pm. I told her NO, YOU WILL DIE!!! So I convinced her to come over at 8:30 pm so it would be cooler. It was but it was dark. | | Nice run with Jennie. My ITB started to bug at mile 6. I walked a bit and then ran a bit and ended up having Anna come get me. I am feeling pretty darn good about canning the marathon ;) When I got home I went over to Michelles to pland vinca on her front slope. I felt like a billy goat. It was a bit tricky but fun to spend the morning in the dirt with a good friend :D |

Report.... Anna's Doc appt went well. Got her prescription called into pharmacy near campus :(
My doc does not think the lumps in my breasts are a problem but will let the mamogram confim his. He actually thinks they may be caused by my bras....
Cars STINK! I bawled no less than three times over the cars yesterday. One time infront of the owner of the garages son. They did not charge me labor :) I have never lost it before like that, but hey, car crap is David's job and I am at my wits end with managing the household on my own. Turns out I can fake "holding it together" for about 2.5 months than WHAMIE...I turn into a heap of hysteria.
I have taken a few weeks off of work and I am really glad. We had two weeks planed for vacation this summer, but with David's fall we had to cancel it all :( I suppose that I could have managed work these past two weeks, but with everything going on, I am glad I took it off. We have been able to do a few mini family trips around and that is nice. I REALLY miss work, but taking some time off is as close to a vacation as I am getting this year. My house is actually looking sort of clean... (that's a really LOSE definition of clean)
Sorry about the spelliing... Burt, could you please spell check for me. Off to do more chores to get ready to Anna's good bye party this evening :)....... :p .........or better yet....
