55 degrees out at 6 am!  I wore shorts and a t-shirt :)  My garmin died in my first mile so the time is off of my clock as I ran in and out of the door.  The run felt GREAT this morning.  I wasn't sure how I would feel this morning after more than 3 hours of raking yesterday.  6 of our trees don't drop their leaves until after the snow is here for good :(  We made a fire in our fire pit and roasted hot dogs and made s'mores.  It was really fun.

One whole week of green smoothies and no soda.  The only thing I have noticed is that I am up at 6am every morning.  I am going to bed earlier becasue I am SO tired in the afternoon and evening.  I did stay awake long enough to see the weather last night.  Oh, the ginger seems to help with the gas OR I am just getting used to it ;)

BE SURE TO GO AND VOTE FOR LORI'S DOLL AT THE LINK BELOW IN HER COMMENT.  LORI IS AN AMAZING ARTIST :)  VOTE ELLIE!!!

Spring is here!!! Love to run in shorts! I still have too much snow in some places of the yard to really be able to get any yard work done. Not that I'm sad about that LOL.

If you don't mind I'm going to hijack your post.... since you are so popular I thought I could get more traffic then on my blog. I have a baby in a contest. The link is below... vote for Ellie!!

Making smores around the firepit with the family is so fun. Thanks for letting me know you're getting over your flatulence problem. :)

Marion,

NICE run after raking leaves for 3 hours yesterday. Wow, the green smoothie or something is giving you all that energy. I like your sleep schedule. I love ginger. I put ginger root slices in my spinach soup. I'm going to vote for Ellie now.

I seem to be having boundless energy and none at all... all at the same time :) I am a walking paradox :D

Green smoothie huh? Sounds delicious. Great job on the no soda thing. I think I am the only woman in the USA that can't stand Diet Coke. For that I am grateful BUT when I do crave soda, it is the REAL DEAL, sugar loaded Mountain Dew. Although, I only have 2 or 3 a year. Good for you on kicking the habit though. That is tough.

Michelle - don't feel too bad - I can't stand any kind of colas. (Actually - I've only drunk soda 3x in a year)
