I guess my legs had other plans this morning. They felt like lead. Oh well. I did try my new 6 mile route. I am going to do it twice this week and 3 times next and so on until all of my days are six's. FUN!!! Ok- if you are faint or queezy, you may not want to read about my breakfast. I am having a green smoothie. Here are the ingredients: beet greens, kale, celery, carrot, apple, orange, banana and lemon juice. It is VERY UGLY but tastes great. I am going to have one after every run from now on. Oh and no more soda ( I mean it this time). I am going to have a smoothie and NO soda for 2 months. I am off to do laundry and clean the family room.
