I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

20 minute swim (1000m), I ran on the canal trail today.  I decided that I would probably not get murdered and if I did, it was my time :)  McKenzie was at the pool this morning.  It was great to see the reigning RHPC Queen :)  We chatted for a bit.  She's so awesome :)

30 push-ups, 50 crunches, 40 side crunches, 40 criss-cross crunches, 13 dead-leg-lift-wanna-die crunches

60 minute bike ride at 8pm planned :)  I'd go now, but I don't think I could handle the heat :)

*The bike ride was SO nice.  The temp was perfect.  The last mile or so was a bit hard.

That's a good swim pace lady! I think a mile takes me well over an hour!! Swim and run...I think this tri better watch out for you!!

I have days where I just don't care if I'm murdered either. But anytime you want to carry a can of pepper spray let me know. I'll get you one. Good job on the swimming. I have friend who's trying to encourage me to do a tri-- but I hate pool swimming so much, I don't think I could train. Good job. I can't wait to hear how you like the whole experience.

Bob's Army Navy in Orem has the cans of pepper spray and all kinds of stuff to kill people and dress in camoflauge. It's a scary store if I do say so myself, but if you ever need a deerhunter knife or night vision goggles, they got'em. It's on the Orem Hill (where 500 West in Provo turns into Orem STate Street). It's on the West side of the street across from Totally Awesome Computers. The building is a corrigated metal sheet bent into a dome and painted camo. It's awesome, it's also scary. But like I said. I'll get you one if you can wait a few weeks (in exchange for the $3.00 I owe you for the shirt?).

David LOVES that store ;) Men are WEIRD! If you seriously stick to gender typing, the kind of stores that men like are VERY scary! Lot's of death ;) The first time I walked into Cabella's, I thought, "HOLY COW- a WHOLE huge store dedicated to killing stuff!" My boys LOVE it! They are mostly fishermen and bug murders. the bug murdering is sort of an accident, though. They must collect ALL bugs and then as a byproduct of collection procedures, they all die. There are sandwich baggies all over my house and yard filled with dead bugs and leaves and few blades of grass ;)
