I am the self proclaimed FEARLESS leader of the FRB's RED HOT PINK CHICKS!!! Our Motto's are- 2010 "Diamonds and Titanium, Thats what we are made of!"  2009 "We are water-proof-dye-in-da-blue-crazy-nut'n-gonna-stop-us-fun-lovin'-red-hot-pink-chicks!!!"

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

5 mile run.  I was tired and slow.  the foot was fine for todays run :)  the left knee was doing a weird thing.  I see Brady on Monday.

Next weeks plan is to run 3 monday, 5 Wednesday and 6 on Sat.  I will just add a mile a week to Saturdays run each week until after the 1/2 in June.  for Marathon training, I'll be adding up to 8 miles on the Wed run and the long stuff on sat as prescribed.  If all goes well with the half, I'll add a 4th easy run day :)

Lament and Whine section- my weight will not go down :p  ARGH!  Ok, it will go down, but just SUPER slow :p  I'm going to start posting it.  Maybe the SHAME of my FATTNESS will get my Maybe not....  I'll think more on it and let y'all know :)

Sorry about the weight. Mine decided to creep up on me in December/January and i can not get it to budge. I have been an angel for some weeks and NOT other weeks, but it just kind of stays the same no matter what I do. Hard to convince yourself to eat good when you can eat like crap and get the same results!!!

So glad to see you're hanging in there and getting strong. I know what you mean about the weight. I have been so bad, I know why I haven't been able to drop my winter 7. I wish I could come to WW and confess my crimes.

I've thought about posting my weight for motivation, but I'm not that brave. I'm with Kelli though, it's hard to eat good when you can eat crap and stay relatively the same! I am really in some bad habits though and am going to HATE life when I stop nursing!

POsting my weight last year actually really did motivate me quite a bit. And people commented on it (in nice ways---they noticed the ups and downs, but never called me chubby when I gained). I should probably start posting it again, but it is just not budging and it is frustrating. Being a woman is just a pain!
