Best run :)  Kim came.  I could feel the stress in me for the first 2.5 miles.  Man does stress do a number on me.  I feel much better now.

My dad had a great night and we are headed over right now.  After seeing him yesterday, poor David is totally out of luck.  That boy is going to have a major Come to Jesus about eating and activity :(  He see's it coming so it should go alright :)

Have a GREAT weekend!

Yeah, Adam's already had a couple of those talks. He's going to try and get a copy of the cooking info they gave your mom so we can start doing modifications now. Sounds like it's been a pretty good day so far!

Glad your dad is hanging in there! I have been hounding my husband too about exercising--haven't talked him into it yet though! He does eat healthy though cuz I don't give him or the kids a choice!

Nice run this morning!!

Good to know that you Dad is doing better. It has just been recently that my husband started accepting some better eating habits. It sure helps me to not have all the cookies and ice cream in the house.

Can you feel stress and exhaustion in your limbs? I feel like I have just run a race. Weird. I am kind of afraid of the 14 we have planned for the morning :0

Where are you running tomorrow?

I think I am getting sick, sore throat, achy body,I am going to have couch patato weekend. I can't remember the last time I was sick.

Have fun, everyone seems to have plans for tomorrow, I will be waiting by the computer for all the reports!!!

I sure hope that you are not getting sick. I have been taking emergen-C all winter and it seems to be helping :)

I think we are going to run the same route we did, unless it it too snowy :( Hopefully it will be OK on the roads :) I need to check the weather.

I am so glad your dad is doing well and that you had a great run! Have fun on that little chat with David, fun stuff. But I am sure you will be gentle with him!

Glad to hear about your dad.

Good luck on the talk with double D. At least you don't have to lecture yourself since you have worked so hard to change your own life these past few years.

Hey, Marion! I think you need to adjust your goals. I was already at a race with you where you WON your age division.

From Marion on Sat, Mar 07, 2009 at 08:55:51 from 71.219.48.57

Maurine- I have to say when the cardiac rehab guy and the nutritionist were spelling out all of the changes he needed to make with diet and exercise, I was feeling pretty proud of myself :) AND I now I won my division, BUT, there was next to no one there... it doesn't feel very victorious :(
