No soreness yesterday or today.  The run felt fine, just tired and worn, as expected.  I really like how my body has adjusted to running.  I am rarely sore, maybe I am not working hard enough ;)

Have a great monday!!!

Nice run today.

Glad you are not sore today. I doubt it is that you are not working hard enough - probably just adjusting well to the training. I thought I would be really sore today, but I'm not either.

Good recovery, Marion!

From Kelli on Mon, Feb 23, 2009 at 12:50:08

Scott and I just commented about that same thing, we are never sore! Isn't it nice???

Great job today!

I think it's great you're not sore. Sasha told me once that if you're sore after a long run, then you're not doing enough other running. It means that you're in great shape and have been building up to this mileage. Also, the work you're doing on your core, and the stretching will help you stay strong. Awesome-- can you believe how tough you are? Did you ever think you'd get this strong?

From Smooth on Mon, Feb 23, 2009 at 18:02:33

Marion,

YAY! You are getting fitter and used to running. VERY NICELY done!

I LOVE your family pics. What a handsome and beautiful family. You look like one of the sisters to your girls. I was just telling my friends today that it's been forever since I've had my family picture taken. It's harder as the kids get older and move away, gets married, serves mission, etc. Treasure these dearly. You're an awesome family.

Remind me when I bike across the country to go and see that lake and that absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains.

That is ugly Utah Lake. You should click on the link on todays comments from Rinny and see the pic she took MOnday of the same lake. AMAZING!
