61 minutes of yoga. I really enjoyed this class today. I see Brady at 2pm today :) Wish me luck! Oh, big day, new furnace today. Yippee! I get to spend my 20 wedding anniversary cruise money on a new furnace :D Best day EVER... argh. Yes, I am glad that we can get a new furnace. Yes, I am grateful that we will not freeze to death this winter. Yes, there is a HUGE part of me that really wanted that cruise :(::::::: It's all good. On a brighter note, I didn't give into my chocolate covered cinnamon bear craving yesterday AND I only ate 2 onion rings at Sonic last night. Yes, I am a ROCK STAR!! :D

Glad to see things are going well! What the poo is a chakra?

Hope the doc gives you good news. Way to stay strong.

P.S. Totally lame about the furnace :(

Furnaces are way overrated. Just go on a 4 month cruise (Nov-Feb--wait maybe a five month cruise Nov-March) every year with the whole fam to warmer climes.

I just saw your BQ goal in small print, so funny!

From MichelleL on Wed, Sep 30, 2009 at 10:17:30 from 71.213.97.46

Not funny that you have the goal, funny how you wrote it up.

Great job on the yoga and resisting the onion rings. A cruise would have been nice, but a new furnace will come in handy. And just in time.

Kelsey- Here is the definition of chakras from a website, "There are 7 energy centers called "Chakras" and they parallel the spine. Each chakra has certain qualities and associations, and there are yoga postures that help us get this energy in balance." :D I am not nearly as into the mystical yoga stuff as it may seem, but I sure do feel better when I practice regularly ;D

Miles- thanks, fellow bench warmer ;) How's the knee???

Michelle- I will go away for the winter if you come with me :) Oh and re Boston, I was wondering when someone would notice ;) Yes, I have goals. Yes, I have ambitions ;) It may take me until I am 45, but I am pretty sure I can get there. We shall see...

Carolyn- thanks about the onion rings. We took some friends out last night for a drink and with 4 people, it was safe for me to get the onion rings cause I couldn't eat them all. they are SO tasty :)

I noticed the goal last week - but you said not to tell anyone, so I didn't.

Maurine- you are such a good girl :)

Marion, you are amazing! I think I would be so upset about the furnace I'd throw it on a CC hoping to pay it off soon AND go on the cruise. I totally admire your self-restraint! You'll BQ, you've got it in you - I know it!!

Let us know about the dr! Hope it goes well.

I am wanting chocolate right now, and I determined to eat clean until the after the marathon!

What a sensible practical girl you are to keep your family all warm and cozy this winter. I think I would have worn leg warmers and ear muffs and gone on the cruise!!!
