I am the self proclaimed FEARLESS leader of the FRB's RED HOT PINK CHICKS!!! Our Motto's are- 2010 "Diamonds and Titanium, Thats what we are made of!"  2009 "We are water-proof-dye-in-da-blue-crazy-nut'n-gonna-stop-us-fun-lovin'-red-hot-pink-chicks!!!"

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

70 minutes of yoga today ( I did a few more piriformis poses after the class).  My hams are dying from yesterdays class, focusing on Sciatica.  I have been seriously neglecting stretching as of late.  No more.  I am going to focus this fall/winter on losing 27 more pounds, building over all body strength.  I am hoping to get healed up and back into my 5-6 miles a day within the next 6-8 weeks.  In the late winter/spring I will focus on UVM.  Below is a description of the yoga class I did to day on yogatoday.com.  The whole site used to be free, now they only have 2 classes a week that are free.  The rest are available for a fee of $9 per month.  I am probably going to subscribe.  I need the yoga daily.

That site looks really cool. I wish I had time to do it. Maybe I could manage the two free classes/week. I should give it a try because my hammies are tight, tight, tight.

Why don't you just start teaching yoga and then I will come to your class and get my yoga in!! We can recruit others and call it Red Hot yoga!! I can think of nothing funner then doing Sun salutations, deep breathing and down dog with a bunch of ladies in the morning!! Seriously, I need to do yoga!! I used to do it twice a week and now haven't done it forever!! Nice job today and good luck on your Tri!! I want details :) Rock On Amazon Goddess

Carolyn- you really should. These instructors are SO good (a bit "odd") but REALLY good :) and you can't beat free streaming yoga ;)

April- Oh does it feel SO good. I think that many non yogis don't realize how much muscle strenghtening goes on in yoga.

Rad- you'd love it. I love that I can do it what ever time of day I want :)
