I slept in this morning :(  Funny thing, I missed the pool time.  The quad is for sure on the mend :D  No running for this week :( but I should be great for next week ;D  I am going to do laundry and clean house today.

Have a GREAT day!

Training plan for the rest of the summer:

Monday- 800 swim, 5 mile run w/ 5k tempo

Tuesday- 3.5 mile run, 13 mile bike ride

Wednesday- 800 swim, 6 mile down the canyon run

Thursday- 3.5 mile run, 13 mile bike ride

Friday- 60 minute swim

Saturday- Long run: 10,13,10,15,10,13, etc

***Next week's running will be modified, ie- 2.5, 3.5, 3.5, 4, 4, 5 or something like that as I figure out if I am all the way healed:)  Then I will blast into this bad boy schedule :)  I will do the swimming and biking, although maybe less mileage on the bike :)

If you need to do a bit more you can head up my way... there is always laundry and house work that needs to get done. :)

Housecleaning is aerobic, right? ;)

Maurine- I will :) Ar you coming to the meeting tonight? Please remember the time has been changed to 5:30. If that does not work, there are some leaders up your way that are AMAZING!!! I want to hit some of their meetings this summer

Lori- I'd be glad to come up :) I will clean for hash browns :)

Hi Sno- Oh, yeah!!! Plus it has me up and down the stairs all day. I should be able to tell pretty quick if the quad will allow me to do ALL of the laundry I have been ignoring since the stairs have not been an option ;) It's hard to pray to get out of laundry AND to have my quad heal ;) Quite the conundrum ;p

No - I am going trail running up in Bountiful. I will probably only go to your meeting once a month for my weigh in.

Marion,

I would love some help with my laundry as well please !!! ha ha I HATE laundry, or maybe just the fact that it never stays done. I wouldn't mind it if it stayed done for a few days!

Hey great training plan for the rest of the summer, that sounds like fun. Are you training for a triathlon? You are so amazing and funny, I truly enjoy visiting your blog! And YES we did meet at Brick Oven, , that was so fun to meet you and Congrats again on your Marathon!!!!
