Low miles on the treadmill.  I really don't like the treadmill :p  I am feeling better today, but am still quite sure it is trying to turn into a sinus infection.  I am working on keeping it at bay.  The treadmill is #1, decongestants and TONS of water.  Oh yeah, Nasacort too.  I slept in today as well.  Hopefully all of this will keep me well for Painters.  If I am still feeling well tonight and tomorrow, I will go for 5 miles.  I still have no fever and I think the sore throat is from drainage.  Man this is STUPID!!!  Too much thinking!

We just installed our HD converter boxes and WOW!!  We have tons more channels and they look great!  We are using our 1960 antenna and it is AWESOME!!

YOU SIMPLY MUST GET BETTER!!!!! You are doing all the right things, hang in there and you WILL improve!! REST ALOT!!! I will check on you tomorrow. Have you tried fresh ginger in Chicken broth? That seems to help me, however I doubt I had a sinus problem, just a bad cold.

Thanks Leslie- The cold is gone- I think. I am just WAY paranoid about getting another sinus infection! YIKES!!! I'll get some ginger tongiht when I replenish the milk supplies ;)

What is with the illnesses?? Dang it!

So, when we switch over to HD, we will all get those channels on our TV's (the newer TV's without the rabbit ears???)

I am sending healthy vibes your way!

We just have regular old tv's and an old antenna on our roof from forever ago. David bought 2 boxes at Circut City- or some place like that and hooked them up. It looks AMAZING and we get a ton more channels. There are several channels per 1 old station. There are 3 channel 5's and 4 KBYU's etc. I am not a picky tv person, but this looks fantastic! I am so glad that we never paid for cable. This is free and looks like a dream.

Oh- btw, I am feeling pretty good. I'll try five miles in the am if I still feel this good in the am :) Sleep tight. I am off to sleep

Did you make sure to get those rebate things from the government for $40 for each box????

So, I still wonder if we will ALL get those channels when it switches over to HD. I wonder how to find out. My gym gets all of the HD channels, but I don't!

I dunno about all of the channels. We get more than we did :) A few of the channels are not airing in hdtv. Our favorite spanish speaking channel (24) is not in hd yet :(

We did get the coupons last week :) Yeah! AWESOME tv for $30 out of pocket.
