I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

My hip is still killing me.  OK, it is not KILLING me, but it is BUGGING the CRAP out of me!  Oh wait, not really, because when I don't run I get so constipated that I can't see straight!!!!  I am not sure what my problem is.  I hope Brady clears me for running tomorrow, but it may be another week.  ARGH.... I am feeling a little Eeyore-esque today.  Ho hum, don't mind me.  I need a 10 miler to kick my booty into gear.  No wait, maybe if I do laundry for 72 hours straight I will feel the love ;)

So I was watching Three and a Half Men (shame on me) a while ago and the boy (what's his name - that's how much I watch it, I can't remember his name) was all moody and they took him to psychologists and stuff and couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. Then all the sudden one day he was better and they didn't know why. It turned out that Bertha, the cleaning lady had talked to him the night before. They asked her what she said to him and she said, "Two words: prune juice."

I prefer Benefiber and FiberOne bars to prune juice, but you get the idea. Feel better.

Hope Brady lets you run tomorrow...that oughta clear up whatever constipates you. :) I know what you mean. If I don't run, I turn into some morphing depressing monsterous something. At least you have all these other xtrain talents. :) Hope you feel the love tomorrow!

Smooth- Here's hoping he lets me run. I am enjoying being SO lazy! I looked into my running drawer and realized that I need to get my winter clothes out soon :( Oh so sad to have the last day of summer already here. Oh no, watch out, here comes more Eeyore ;D

I am looking forward to a bit cooler running weather - but not the cold at all. It depressed me when I started thinking of which pair of shoes I will screw spikes into for snow running.
