I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

The cold it still hanging on.  I ate a good breakfast and decided to do the run.  It was a 1/4 mile warm up and a 1.5 mile run with a bit more than a 1/4 mile cool down.  30 min on the treadmill.  I was VERY tired on the run so I stopped for water and that helped.  I think I hate colds :p

I got a sourdough start for christmas and I have been having so much fun with it.  I am making whole wheat sourdough bread tonight for dinner.  It has cracked wheat and whole wheat berries in it.  I am VERY excited to try it.  If anyone wants a start, let me know :)

note to self- there was a little tenderness on the inside of my left knee where the car hit me for about the first 3/4 mile.  It wasn't painful, just bothersome.

ME! ME! Will you ever be up here this way? I really would like one, maybe we could work out a mid-point meet?

Nice work on the miles, hanging in there!

That is the one good thing about being banished indoors, every year I get a sinus infection from running outside with a cold in the dry air :p Let's see if the indoor dreadmill is the key :) It's probably not ;)

RAD- I'll figure out how to get you some :) My brother that gave it to me lives in Eagle Mtn. I'll let you know when we are going up that way :)

It's almost finished rising :) Why is bread making so fun? I LOVE it! I really like to knead the bread :)

i like the kneading part as well -- it's therapeutic for me. i also like getting covered in flour and then going around dusting it off on everyone and casually mentioning my bread baking skills. ;)
