...deep breathing...relax.....

Starting today, I am going to do 20 minutes of mental rehearsing for the marathon.  I need to calm my anxiety.  I am going to plan for my marathon today and practice tomorrow on my 20 miler.  So far the plan is to gu every 45 minutes with water.  I am going to try this tomorrow.  I really like the gu and tolerate it well.  I especially like the gu with caffeine ;)  So tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow....

I would love to go for a walk, but the legs need some rest and it is pouring :)  I LOVE the rain...when I don't have to go out in it ;D

Love the new pic - didn't mention it before. You look fantastic in it.

So - thanks for planning rain for our long run. We didn't get enough of it last time.

BTW - making homemade bread today and all run participants get their very own loaf.

I am sure you are knee-deep in your 20-miler right now! Stay strong--can't wait to hear how it went! I am sure you are doing fantastic--sending happy running thoughts your way right now...
