My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

2 miles.  My whole lower half was like a whiny teenager today.  Everything was squawking and acting like a teenage who does not want to go to the family reunion.  Nobody really ended up in a full fledged temper tantrum, but I was ready to spank a few parts ;)  I thought about not running, but I felt really good about two miles, so I did it.  I don't think anything is injured, just sort of ticked that I ran so much the last few days.  they will get over it :)  I can really feel the fatigue from the last two five mile days.

David, and my two oldest girls just got home from 3 days at youth conference at Aspen Grove.  They had a GREAT time and I am glad that they are home :)

Maybe that lower body just needs some love and understanding.

Just got back from 3 days at youth conference? Don't you people have school?

Hey there! Just wondering how you are feeling today!

From marion on Sun, Jan 17, 2010 at 20:14:09 from 71.213.120.94

Mike- the upper half is as stoic as ever. Actually the upper half is the happier half. It's the half that I shove the food in and does not have to do the miles ;)

Teena- Today my legs have a "headache". They feel like they have had the flu. I think they are really glad it is sunday and no running :) I was trying to come up with a good reason to skip church and just lay in bed all day. it didn't work out so well :) I did just watch Fame with the girls. I sure loved the first one. It makes me want to dance :)

Michelle- I LOVE it when David is home :) EVERYTHING just goes so much better :) Although, the last few times he has gone away, I haven't totally fallen apart.
