Good Morning!!

1/2 mile warm-up.  2 mile run 12mm. 1/4 mile cool-down.  Stretch roll, shower, blog :)

Finally the Chex mix is out of my system.  I was a TOTAL pig this weekend and it has been all over the scale :p  I sure love Chex Mix ;D

Laundry day today ;\ ... and work tonight.  good times!  I need to think of dinner really quick like.  hmmmm... I wonder what I should make.  Any thoughts?

PS- the hips/knees/legs are doing well.  The were a little tight Monday & Tuesday.  I am thinking that I need to stretch & scrape Sunday, for sure.  The monday "pain" was really mild, not even pain, just slightly tender achyness.  I scraped really good monday and last night and it is totally gone this morning.

Can I just say how grateful I am for this blog?   What a blessing to have met y'all to help me with all of my ailments/encouragement!  Josse and the scraping is a blessing from heaven, aside from the added perk of being her friend.  Not to mention all y'all who visit my blog and encourage me daily!  I know I have not been on the blog much these days :(  We've been having some family issues that have required me to change some things.  I have needed to spend more time with other things and my blog checking/commenting has had to be cut dramatically.  Please know that I do read your blogs, but don't have much time to comment.  You guys are all AMAZING!!  These past few months have been really hard and having you all out there has made such a HUGE difference for me!  Thanks again for all of the cheer leading :)

All my LOVE and big ol' XOXOXOXoxoxoxoxOXOXOXOXOXxoxoxo

Coming up with something to make for dinner is the bane of my existence.

I'm glad your hips/knees/legs are doing well.

You sound happy.

For dinner: "dog poop quesadillas" :) My family (minus my son who calls them this) loves them! I do refried beans and cheese, then cook them on the stove to make them crispy. Then use a side of sour cream and salsa for dipping! They are yummy - one you get past what my son calls them (he obviously doesn't like the beans.)

Nice consistent work as usual lady! Glad you're hanging in there and have your priorities straight! Keep up all the good work - we love you!
