I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

Man am I out of shape!  Oh well.  I need more hours in the day.  Well, just the morning really.  I need two 6am hours.  Then I could swim at 6 and run at six.  It would help a ton ;)  On another random note, I have been sleeping REALLY well since I got home from camp.  Nothing like not sleeping two nights in a row, to make you sleep well :)

I am off to get the exact address for the start of the RHPC 1/2 marathon.  You should have an email from me later today.

Have a GREAT 4th.  Anyone running 8 miles on the Provo River trail at 6:15 tomorrow?

If you manage to find two 6 am hours, please let me know how you did it because I could really use them too.

Congratulations on sleeping well. Too bad you had to earn it by not sleeping first.

I've been thinking about it and I think there is another 6 am. It's called 5 am.

Also, you are not out of shape. You just ran a marathon, you silly girl.

Carolyn- I know :(::::::: Why can't 5 am exist simultaneously with 6 am. Or better yet- at 7am ;) while we are at work ;) or eating breakfast ;) or sleeping in ;D

I have to agree with Carolyn, you just ran a marathon and then had your quad issue! You'll just have to do a 6AM and a 9PM - then maybe you can get it all in. I'd love to run with you tomorrow, but my mother is trying to get me up in CLEARFIELD for a parade at 9AM - I only have to pass 50 other parades to get there....UUGGGHHH!!!

You are doing fine. It is a sluggish time of year---trying to get used to the heat I think!

Hey, I got up at 7am this morning and I didn't do girls camp. I'm the slacker here. GOOD on you getting up early to get your workout in.

I'm not running tomorrow. Families celebrating the 4th at my house with BBQ and stuff.

Can't wait for next Sat. RHPC run. I will look for your email.

RAD- I know that this is totally un-american, but I HATE PARADES!!!! they make me NUTS!

Smooth- I can't wait for next Saturday too. We are going to have SO much fun :)

Kelli- Hola Chika!!! I think Scott would be SO cute in a pink safety cone bra!!!
