I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

Slow day with a SUPER slow pace :)  I was tired today.  Tomorrow I will ride my bike and give the feet a break.  I have 12 miles planned for Saturday.  I should feel fine with a day of biking :)

Happy day everyone :)

oh- I dedcided that I am going to do a triathlon this fall.  I think it will be a great way to give the running legs a break and keep my fitness up :)  Plus our local pool is only open during the summer ;)  Does anyone know of one in September?

Yep - my sister and I are doing the I Can Tri in Sandy in September. Beginner's Triathlon.

VERY COOL!!! I don't know anything about TRI. Sorry about Will filling up your central vac with water. Boys are SO FUN! =D NICE runs this week!

Maurine- That sounds perfect :)

Smooth- you have to swim, bike and run. Some let you do it in a team with one person doing each part.

I think a triathlon is a great idea. But I stay away from them myself because I'm such a horrible swimmer.

I'm with you Carolyn, but a tri sounds so much fun! Enjoy the bike ride!

You are rockin' the miles! I took one extra day off this week and I just got red-hot-pink-chicked on the mileage board :)

Kym is planning to do the Danskin tri in DisneyLand this fall if they ever settle on a date.

How funny Marion! I was just thinking that next year I want to try a triathalon. Maybe not a full one - I hear they have sprint ones. Let me know if you find one!
