My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

Thanks Smooth! You know that life's been rough when they your son's going to be in a sling for 4-6 weeks and you think it's no biggie ;) I am getting tough!! ;) Speaking to the Bishop's council almost killed me though ;)

Oh Marion! When it rains it pours for you. I have to ask, and please pardon my ignorance, but who has cancer? It was 4 years ago this month my dad was pronounced terminal :(

I hope things get better, and I'm glad you did have SOME good news to share! I love new running shoes, it makes it all better :)

Love, hope, prayers and faith!

Hey Marion. Sorry for the bad news.

Guess who was just at my house. How did you guess? Yep. It was Randy Eves (sp?)

From marion on Sat, Sep 04, 2010 at 10:02:00 from 71.213.107.88

NO WAY!!! We LOVE Kim and Randy! (Eaves) They are the BEST!!! Seriously! :) Did you meet them through ACN? ..I'm just guessing :) We've been friends with them for years.

From Burt on Sat, Sep 04, 2010 at 10:38:34 from 68.225.214.248

Yep. They're trying to recruit me. I told him to go eat a pancake at your house Monday for me.

Glad there was some good news to outweigh the bad news. Once the year is over you may look back and laugh (like a raving lunatic). I had one of those years in 2005 and 2006. Makes other years look easy.

See you tomorrow!

Hooray for the running, the job, the walking, the new shoes, the made bed, and the happy college student. I'm sorry about the rest.
