Two really SLOW miles!  My legs were achy all night and they did not want to run today.  My ankle did great on the run yesterday and not pain at all today :)  My left ham is a bit twingie, but should be fine.

I am working on an eating plan today.  I had a 1/2 of a bagel with some hummus for breakfast.  Then a banana for a snack.  I am going to have a mini-meal of carbs and a bit of protein 4-5 times today with a snack of fruit in between.  Lots of water today too.  I am hoping that this will get me the carbs I need for tomorrow without the extra weight I don't need. Thanks for your help ! xoxoxoxo

I will go biking in a bit when it is a tad warmer.  I am tired of my face freezing.  My family jokes that I have had Botox ;)

Will is doing great with the potty training :)  Thanks for all of your tips :)

Ford's birthday was great.  He is such a fun little boy.  He loves all of the Cub Scout stuff we bought him.  He looks so cute in his uniform ;D

Good luck tomorrow. Your food plan sounds good. I bought some protein drinks at Costco yesterday, I think the brand was Premium, not sure, but they have 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar, I thought I would take it to the island and have one right after the race and then try and not "reward" myself with a big celebration dinner, like I usually do. I am getting pretty close to putting the scale away and only weighing once a week. I think Kelli is on to something there. I hate that it effects my mood so much.

Glad Ford had a fun party, that is such a cute age, they are such little boys but want to be a big boy scout. Very sweet.

Glad to hear your ankle is doing better. I'd recommend icing it tonight as a preventative measure.

Nice run today... good to see that your ankle is doing better, I was running at lunch today and rolled mine pretty good. It hurt for a bit... but I think it's fine, I was able to finish my run. But it made me think or you LOL.

I think your eating plan looks good. I will have to try that also.

Have fun on your bike ride!

Wow. Potty training and a half marathon in the same week. You are a busy lady! Good luck tomorrow. It should be mild weather, so just go out an enjoy it!!! Good luck to you!
