long run update- I was sore all saturday evening.  Funny how 7 last week did nothing at all to me, but 8 got the muscles a little upset.  My back is ok.  My SI joint is bugging me.  It's not intense, but it is bothersome.  I will bring it up with the pt. I had a hard time sitting for all of church.  I did a 15-20 minutes stand and march in place thing between meetings and that helped everyone (the legs and the SI joint) tolerate the sitting better.  Sacrament meeting killed me.  It wouldn't have been so bad, but I had boys crawling all over me and I was sitting there for and hour and 25 minutes after sitting for an hour and a half in another meeting before church.  for those of you who are not members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, YES we go to a lot of church!!! ;)  I wonder if there are some stretches that can help to get this joint a little less grumpy.

what is wrong with all our SI's and hamstrings? I'm sick of it and I didn't even get hit by a car. Sitting through church IS it's own special kind of endurance event sometimes.

I often have a hard time sitting through church. Treadmills in Sunday School would be awesome.

I wonder if I could get the Bishop to get me a treadmill ordered??? I'll ask the Stake Pres if I can spend our stake RS budget on one for me ;D

Luz- the SI and hammies are remnants of the car accident. :p they seem to be happy ...except for church!
