Recover from being hit by a car while I was running in early October 2010.  Be healed enough to run my planned races.

St George Marathon 4:22 (3rd times a charm)

I am the self proclaimed FEARLESS leader of the FRB's RED HOT PINK CHICKS!!! Our Motto's are- 2010 "Diamonds and Titanium, Thats what we are made of!"  2009 "We are water-proof-dye-in-da-blue-crazy-nut'n-gonna-stop-us-fun-lovin'-red-hot-pink-chicks!!!"

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

30 minutes VERY gentle yoga :)  Felt good.  My back was a good 5 for pain today.  I think my church bag is too heavy. ;p

Back pain is about a 2-3 today :)  30 min VERY gentle yoga.  I am getting a stationary bike tomorrow :)  I sure hope that it doesn't hurt anything :\  I am resigning myself to the fact that running is going to be a bit further out that I had thought :(  I'm trying to focus on a good solid recovery.  I'll talk to the doc on wed, but I am hoping that the St George Marathon is a good reasonable goal for next year. 3rd times a charm, I'm in for sure ;D  At this point I don't think the UVM will work.  Who knows.  I've got to just chill and let my body recover and focus on the things that I can do :)  I am alive.  I can walk.  I can do some modified yoga :)  We shall see about the bike soon :)  I need to trim down my church bag.

Drama, drama, drama!  I have 2 dislocated ribs :p

On the bright side, I GOT A STATIONARY BIKE!!!  I am SO excited!!!!  Hopefully next week i can ride it.  I do to the doc tomorrow.  Hopefully he'll clear me for the bike :)

20 min on bike.  back much better.  Doc told me on fri that I can run next week :)  ...and bike MUCH more !!! :) I'm pretty sure that I am going to do UVM.  I need a focus and a goal.
