Happy Birthday Kim!!!!

(http://kimrobison.fastrunningblog.com)  For Kim's 39th birthday we ran ten miles and then went to One Man Band for breakfast!  We decided that it was the PERFECT way to celebrate a birthday!

The run was a bit tiring toward the end, but felt pretty good throughout.  I am really loving having my house be at the middle portion of the long runs.  I can run in, have a potty break and get my drinks for the second half, if needed.  It really helps to make the run seem less strenuous with having 2 shorter routes make up my longer run!

I am going to get back to Dr. Brady to work on my neuromas starting next week.  I would love for them to not be so beastly for Painters.  I am going to see him every week for a while to make sure I don't get injured while I am bumping my mileage.  I am going to have him work my calves and hips too.

What a fun Happy Birthday Run!!! Marion, your time was fabulous! You kept up a great pace all the way thru! We are doing a 10 miler tomorrow, I hope our time is that good. You were smart to run today, the storm is coming in tomorrow.

10 miles down--and look how you keep the speed at the end! I always catch myself slowing down the last couple of miles and have to consciously make myself stay on pace.

Nice Happy Birthday Run and breakfast at one man band!!! Always wonderful to plan your run and run your plan. You're one smart girl to have the doc. give you a tune-up before Painter's.

GREAT RUN!!!! You are doing so awesome, Marion! I am so excited to see what happens at Painters for you!

We are planning another long run in Lehi on the 20th if you want to come for all or part of it!

Great run! And isn't it something how we runners are so happy about the little things, like routes with built-in potty breaks?

Thanks guys!! I have been marveling at how I thought I would never be able to run a 5k, let alone a 10k. I thought a half would be impossible, and now I am not the least bit worried about it at all. I am still a bit worried about a full marathon, but reading all of your successes has really given me the the hope I need to really believe I can do it. I never thought that I would be where I am today and I am THRILLED beyond words!

XOXOXOXOXOXO!! to you all!!

Kelli- I think I can come to the 20th. There is a CHEEP race in provo that day too. It's under the tab at the top right of the page.
