I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

I am so sorry you are sick. I also have been sick and it really sucks a lot. Have you thought about just running on the treadmill until you are feeling better? I think that might help you to be able to run and help with your body to heal faster. Something to think about! Try to have a good day. :)

Thanks Barry. I am too faint. I am just going to cool it and hope that the antibiotics kick in soon! The doc said 3-5 days. I am on day 4.

I am so sorry!!! Get a good DVD and a warm blanket and enjoy some down time. I hope you are feeling better very soon.

The blog is not working well, I tried twice to post my entry and poof it was gone!

I wondered where you were yesterday! Sorry that it is lingering so long! Sinus infections are worse than people think! Get better, rest, and run next week.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so sick and down. Snuggling in bed with a DVD or book sounds like your best plan.

Hang in there! Your muscles can heal while you wait for the meds to kick in.

Oh man! Get to bed and get to feeling better! Sometimes antibiotics can make you feel weak and lousy too.
