My Favorite Quote-   "When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." -Harriet Beecher Stowe

I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

My head feels much better today.  I am trying to make sure that I drink plenty of water.  It's the only thing I can think of to try.  My run was sluggish and lead like.  It was 44 degrees and BEAUTIFUL!  I am off to buy milk and eggs and a birthday present.

Running 4.17 miles, 54:34 minutes, ave 13:04, best 8:17, Laps- 13:48 (with walking and stretching, 12:12, 13:21 (with a stretch stop), 13:07, 12:13 (.17)

Biking-  51 minutes = 4.25 running miles

Yoga, 60 minutes Asana practice.  Kind of boring.  I really could have used a vinyasa flow class today.  Oh well.

Persistence and patience. Watch your nutrition and hydration and see if it helps!

Hey, we can do anything for 4 miles!!!!! I need to do my four miles anyway, and to do it with friends will be WAY more fun!

I use to live in Payson, those morning runs were the best out towards Spring Lake. Sign up for the Painters 1/2 in STG. It will be my first. 5k in Provo and Payson are the only races Ive ever done.

Sunny- I've heard the painters 1/2 is really fun. I am still toying with the idea. I didn't make it into the SGM runners series, so I am not as pressed to run it. :( Who do you work for? I like your marathon finish picture.

From Sunnyrun on Tue, Oct 07, 2008 at 15:22:51

I work for an advertising agency. Thats the closest Ive ever made it to a marathon finish line - lol

Your yoga jargon makes me crave Indian food.
